All boats are manufactured specifically upon order confirmation. Once production has commenced, the order becomes irrevocable and all payments made are non-refundable.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, shipping charges, or local regulatory costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays caused by manufacturing schedules, shipping carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Warranty & Defects

Any warranty provided shall be limited to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Claims relating to manufacturing defects must be reported within the timeframe stated in our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.
