1. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery is approximately 3 business weeks from the date of order confirmation and receipt of full payment. This timeline covers production, quality inspection, packaging, and shipping.

  • Production scheduling and manufacturing lead times
  • Shipping carrier availability and transit delays
  • Customs clearance and import inspection processes

3. Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate and complete delivery information is provided at the time of order. Any delays or additional costs arising from incorrect delivery details will be borne by the customer.

4. Delivery Confirmation
The customer will be notified once the order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where available. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange receipt of the shipment at the destination.
