Refund policy

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

1. Built-to-Order Products
Each boat is manufactured specifically upon order confirmation. Production begins immediately based on the customer's confirmed purchase and specifications, making each unit unique to the buyer.

2. No Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, it cannot be cancelled. Manufacturing and procurement processes commence immediately upon confirmation, and no cancellation requests will be entertained thereafter.

3. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
Due to the strictly custom-built nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, except as outlined in Section 4 below.

4. Manufacturer Defects
The sole exception to our no-return policy applies to verified manufacturing defects, subject to the following conditions:

  • Any defect must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery or first launch, whichever is earlier
  • The claim must be supported by clear photos or video evidence documenting the defect
  • Upon review and verification, the remedy will be, at our sole discretion: repair, replacement of the defective component, or partial refund — no full refund will be issued for defects limited to specific parts or components
  • Defects resulting from misuse, improper handling, saltwater corrosion, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines are not covered

5. Deposits & Payments
All deposits and payments made toward a confirmed order are non-refundable. This applies to partial payments, progress payments, and full payment, regardless of the stage of production.

6. Delivery Delays
In the event of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, or force majeure events), the order remains binding. The customer will be notified promptly, and a revised delivery timeline will be provided.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

8. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order and making payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this policy in its entirety.
